The House of Praise Christian Revival Center, Inc. (HOPCRC) has regularly scheduled services, seasonal observations, and special/other church services. 

Our Sunday morning worship service begins at 11:30 am with Praise and Worship and a time for Testimonies.  All are welcome.

Our Praise Service is held the first Wednesday of every month at 7:00 pm.  This service is a time set aside for Praise and Worship and a time to ‘enter into His Presence’ more fully and to dedicate the first of the month to God.

Prayer Service is held every Friday night at 7:30 pm.  This is a time to bring prayer requests, testimonies, praise reports, intercessory prayer requests, and supplication.

Bible Study is held on Saturdays at 6:00 pm.  The Bible Study sessions are held at various HOPCRC members’ homes.

Communion (The Lord’s Supper) is given on the first Sunday of each month and at various other times as warranted.

HOPCRC members visit persons who are homebound, ill, hospitalized, in nursing homes, and chronic care facilities.  A time of visitation, prayer, Bible study, and Communion is available upon request.

The fifth Sunday of any month is considered a ‘Travel Sunday’.  During the ‘Travel Sundays’, HOPCRC members are encouraged to worship with other church congregations, visit the sick, shut-in, downtrodden, and homebound.  This is a special time that is set aside to commune with the greater community.

The HOPCRC yearly calendar:

• The last Sunday in February is our Heritage Sunday where each member or group of members are encouraged to present information about their heritage.  The presentations can include heritage-related dress, foods, and relevant information.
• April 29th is the House of Praise Christian Revival Center’s anniversary.  The HOPCRC held its first service in 1989.
• The second Sunday in May is Mother’s/Women’s Day where all women of HOPCRC are celebrated. 
• The second Sunday in June is Children’s Day where the children, youth, and adults join together in a fun-filled and joyous worship experience.
• The third Sunday in June is Father’s/Men’s Day.  Here the men of all ages are honored.
• The Pastor’s Anniversary is celebrated on the fourth Sunday in September. 
• Deacon’s Day is celebrated on the first Sunday in December.
• The Youth Sings Out Celebration is held in December.  This is an opportunity for local youth and teens to exhibit their vocal and other talents.

The House of Praise's radio ministry broadcast, The Moments of Praise, is available every Sunday Morning from 8:30 am - 9:30 am.  To access the Moments of Praise, go to www.warpradio.com and submit the call letters WRIV.

To have a wedding conducted by or at the HOPCRC, kindly contact the Pastor for the full requirements.  The general requirements include:

1. Five HOPCRC or HOPCRC-approved counseling sessions in advance of the wedding,
2. All persons must provide acceptable proof of their ages
3. All persons must provide  proof of their single status
4. If you have been married in the past, the original (certified) documents relating to the disposition of the marriage must provide to the Pastor prior to scheduling the counseling sessions.
5. Other HOPCRC and New York State requirements including applying for a marriage license.

To have a funeral/homegoing service conducted by or at the HOPCRC, kindly contact the Pastor.  This service includes comprehensive counseling and the presentation of an outline of procedures and/or suggestions to finalize arrangements and settle affairs.

The HOPCRC celebrates newborn life by offering baby christenings/dedications.  This service dedicates the life of the child to Christ while the parents, grandparents, God-parents and other relatives participate in this sacred occasion. Kindly contact the HOPCRC at least three (3) weeks in advance for scheduling and instructions.

Opportunities for intercessory prayer are offered during various HOPCRC services and on an emergency basis.  Kindly contact the HOPCRC if an immediate need arises.

In critical circumstances, prayer chains may be instituted or a special prayer service held.

The HOPCRC celebrates the establishment of homes. Kindly contact the HOPCRC concerning this special dedication service.
